- New Gen Ed Summer/Fall 2026 proposals: May 1, 2026 at 4pm
- New Gen Ed Winter/Spring 2027 proposals: TBA
- Renewing temporary Gen Eds must be done by the first day of classes of a semester/term at 4pm
