Project Description

Roberson Museum is seeking volunteers to help at our Annual Wine and Food Fest! Volunteers are needed on the day of the event itself (Thursday, April 23rd) and for additional set up on the day prior (Wednesday, April 22nd).

Wine and Food Fest is Roberson’s largest fundraiser of the year, seeing hundreds of guests throughout the Museum as they sample beer, wine, and food from dozens of regional vendors. During this event, we require the assistance of volunteers to help us monitor the gallery spaces as guests enjoy the event, as well as general wayfaring and backroom supply-runs for vendors. Prior to the event, we need help with table and vendor set-up.

Volunteer Shift Duties
Please read this section carefully. Below is an explanation of all shift duties.

Wednesday, April 22 (1PM–3PM): Day Before Set Up
setting up tables
delivering linens and supplies to vendor tables (indoor)
packing VIP bags
Thursday, April 23 (12PM–3PM): Set Up First Shift
delivering linens and supplies to vendor tables (indoor & outdoor)
courtyard set up
table set up
Thursday, April 23 (3PM–5PM): Set Up Second Shift
helping vendors unload supplies and arrange their tables
ice delivery to vendor tables
