FAQs

• Where is my session?
  When you register for a session and click on the day and time, the classroom location for the session is listed.  Please write it down, so you know where your session is.
• I can’t make any sessions. What should I do?
  There will be additional sessions available.  Keep a look out for when these will occur. You will also get a message through Brightspace.
• I am a grad student.  Do I need to attend an in-person session?
  Grad students need only to complete the online course.  They do not need to attend the in-person sessions.
• I am a grad student, but I went here undergrad.  Do I need to do the online course?
  Yes. All new students, whether or not they went to ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ« for undergrad, need to complete the online course.
• I am a transfer student and did something similar at the college I attended before?  Do I need to complete the online and in person course
  Yes, all new undergraduate students must complete the mandatory online and in-person course.
• What should I do if I am having technical difficulties with the online course?
  Please fill out the form to inform us of any technical issues.
• The material is upsetting to me.  What should I do?
  Please contact 20to1@binghamton.edu if you are having difficulty with the context of the training.
• I am in an online program.  Do I have to go to the in-person session?

  If you are in an exclusively online program you do not need to attend the in-person session.

• I can't make the session I signed up for, can I register for a different session?

  Yes, you can delete your registrationand re-register for a different time slot.

• I am an undergrad. Do I need to do both the online and in person training?

  Yes, all incoming undergraduates must complete the online training before coming to campus and in person training during moving in.
