New First-Year Student Housing
Welcome to the new student housing process! This process is for new Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 academic year first-year students.
Room selection has concluded. Students who did not select a room during the room selection process will be assigned over the summer. Your assignment will be sent to your BU email and will also show in your portal. New first-year students are required to live on campus and are guaranteed housing, so no need to worry.
Students who still need to complete the housing application can access the housing application by visiting the New First-Year Student Housing web page.
New Transfer Student Housing
Welcome to the new student housing process! This process is for new Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 academic year first-year students.
Room selection for Transfer Student Housing has concluded. At this time there are no beds available for transfer students for fall 2025.
If you were not able to select a room and have already placed your name on the waitlist watch your BU email for updates.
Summer 2025 Housing
- Term 1 housing dates: May 26 - July 1 ($1470)
- Term 2 housing dates: July 6 - August 9 ($1470)
- Full Summer housing dates: May 26 - August 9 ($3234)
The summer housing application is now closed.
The deadline to submit summer housing applications was Friday, April 25.

Petition to be released from the University Housing Agreement
This process is for residents who are signed up for on-campus housing and are petitioning to be released from the University Housing Agreement.
Generally speaking, petitions to be released from the University Housing Agreement are denied unless they fit into one of three categories below:
- Not going to be enrolled as a 亚洲情色 student for the fall semester.
- Significant and unanticipated change in financial circumstances that occurred following room selection.
- Newly diagnosed or exacerbated medical conditions that cannot be addressed through housing accommodations.
