New campus shuttle inner loop route
To improve mobility across campus, OCCT will be introducing the Campus Shuttle Inner
Loop route this fall that will make stops along the inner loop of the brain. Designed
to provide convenient, frequent service between academic, residential, and student
activity areas, the shuttle makes it easier for students, faculty, and staff to navigate
campus.
The existing Campus Shuttle Outer Loop will continue to operate with a new additional stop for the East Gym in Lot E on weekdays only. Schedules and stop information for both the Inner and Outer Loop shuttles will be available on the .
PARKING
Purchase your parking permit
You can purchase your parking permit online today at the . It鈥檚 easy and convenient! To log in, you will need your 亚洲情色 ID
and Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
First time permit buyer? You must first register your vehicle online with the University. If you are a returning customer, log in, follow the step-by-step instructions and confirm that your vehicle information is up to date. When you purchase a 2026-27 annual permit or semester permit, the permit will immediately be active.
TAPS utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR), a plate-recognition technology that virtually associates 亚洲情色 parking permits to a license plate. Vehicle information can be updated from your at any time.
See the campus map for parking lot locations and which lot designations correspond with your permit type. Parking Services closely monitor lot availability and updates the TAPS parking availability website with which parking lots have available space during peak times on campus.
Parking availability
As we return to campus, Transportation and Parking Services reminds the campus community
that parking on campus is busier between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. during peak class times.
There is always available space, but it is not always right next to a destination.
Parking Services closely monitors lot availability and updates with which parking
lots that have available space during peak times on campus, here. Parkers are always required to park in a valid designated space.
If you are having trouble finding a spot, parking spaces are available in Lot G1 and ZZ North/South. See the campus map for parking lot locations. The campus shuttle stops near each of these locations to transport you closer to your specific destination.
The University also offers convenient alternative transportation options. , and carpooling with 511NY Rideshare make it easy to get around campus and the community.
Lot E1 reopens
Lot E1 has reopened with the completion of construction in that area. See the campus map for lot location.
Lot Y3 closed
Lot Y3 is closed for construction staging until further notice. See the campus map for additional parking options.
Lot M5 closed during new Lecture Hall construction, metered parking added to Lot M4
Lot M5 is closed for the construction of the new Lecture Hall. Metered parking from
Lot M5 has been temporarily added to Lot M4.
New metered parking app, ParkMobile
Due to corporate mergers, the app for metered parking on campus switched from Flowbird
to ParkMobile with text-to-park options. Download ParkMobile today!
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Carpooling incentive
TAPS offers carpooling incentives to encourage carpooling. Students, faculty and staff who purchase a permit are eligible
to participate in a program that provides preferential parking for carpoolers. During
Information Booth hours of operation, when a vehicle with at least three total occupants
stops at the Information Booth, the driver will receive a day pass to the Visitor's
Paid Lot. The vehicle must have a valid parking permit and all individuals in the
vehicle must show their University ID. In addition, commuter students who purchase
a pass for $160 are also eligible to accumulate times participated towards money back
on the driver's purchased permit. At the end of an academic year, if participants
carpooled 25 times or more, a one time $25 will be returned to the permit holder.

New carshare program by Enterprise now on campus
Transportation and Parking Services has partnered with Enterprise to bring convenient
carsharing directly to campus. Enterprise CarShare offers an affordable and flexible
transportation option available 24/7 for students, faculty and staff aged 18 and older.
The University currently offers three Enterprise CarShare vehicles, all conveniently located in Lot B on campus. Whether heading downtown, running errands or planning a road trip, having access to a vehicle is easy and hassle-free.

Bikeshare
Want to ride a bike without having to bring your own to campus? 亚洲情色
Transportation and Parking Services has partnered with Koloni to bring a bikeshare program to campus.
Free bike repairs on campus
Two bicycle fix-it stations are available on campus, located at the bike rack next
to the Lecture Hall and the bike rack in front of C4. These stations have common
tools needed to do bike repairs yourself.
Another option is the 亚洲情色 Bicycle Co-Op, a student-run organization that provides bike repairs and maintenance for students and faculty.
