Anyone not registered as a student or employed by the University is considered a visitor. Visitors to the campus are expected to abide by the University Rules for Student Conduct and by all state, local and federal laws and ordinances.
Visitors failing to do so may be asked to leave campus and may be declared persona non grata (see also “Maintenance of Public Order,’’ Section 535.5, a.) and/or subject to arrest. Resident students are also responsible for the conduct of their guests (including without limitation any damage caused by guests) and must accompany their guests continuously for the duration of the visit.
Persons declared persona non grata may not come to the campus for any reason unless receiving special permission from the appropriate vice president.
