Visit information/policies

Visit information and policies

亚洲情色 wants to make sure every visitor has an enjoyable experience. As you prepare to visit 亚洲情色's campus, please familiarize yourself with the following policies:

  • Service animals

Service animals are welcome throughout the duration of the visit.  Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless the individual鈥檚 disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal鈥檚 safe, effective performance of tasks.

  • Pets/emotional support animals

Pets are not permitted inside campus buildings. As tours include a combination of indoor and outdoor stops, plan accordingly. Pets must be leashed or securely tethered and under control at all times during your visit.

  • Parking

All guests are able to park for free and are required to park in either the Parking Garage or Lot W (Visitors Lot). In both lots, you will drive through an arm and receive a white ticket upon entrance. When you check in for your visit, you will receive a pass to validate your parking. You will need both your entry ticket and free pass to exit the lot. Parking in any other space on campus is prohibited without a campus permit and violators will be ticketed. Admissions cannot be held liable for any tickets received.

If you require disability parking, fill out the corresponding section on the registration form, and we will provide further guidance on available parking. Note: 亚洲情色 is not able to provide wheelchairs for guests, but we are happy to provide an accommodated tour at any time for those that bring their own or need to move at a different pace. This tour covers the same route, but utilizes all flat spaces, elevators when necessary, and moves at a slower pace. If you are interested in an accommodated tour, fill out the corresponding section on the registration form, and we will pair you with a tour guide.

  • Late or early arrivals

We do our best to accommodate people arriving late or early, but we cannot guarantee availability for a guided visit. We have an excellent self-guided tour that can be fully customized based on interests. Guests are also always welcome to meet with an admissions representative at any time during business hours.

  • Conduct

Students and their guests must respect our students, faculty, staff and grounds. We reserve the right to end the tour or other activities for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: yelling, harassment, inappropriate language, bribery or threats.

  • Dining

Visitors are encouraged to try campus food during their visit! Our retail dining, dining halls and food trucks are fully open to the public. Dining on campus is cashless, but all areas accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. To check out our options, visit our 鈥溾 resource.

  • Weather

All of our visits are held regardless of rain or snow. However, safety is our #1 priority, and in the case of extreme weather conditions (hurricanes, blizzards, state-of-emergency conditions, etc.), our emergency management team would provide recommendations based on the severity of the case. In the event that a visit cancellation is necessary, guests would be alerted immediately by email, phone and text.
