Relax, recharge, and feel your best with massage therapy provided by licensed professionals. Services are open to ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ« students, faculty, staff and the public (18 years of age and older).
Massage therapy services
Take a break and treat your body to the relaxation it deserves with our professional massage services. ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ« students get 10% off all services (cannot be combined with other offers).
Relaxation massage
A calming full-body massage using Swedish techniques to ease stress, boost circulation and promote overall well-being. One of our most popular treatments.
- $40 for 30 minutes
- $72 for 60 minutes
- $100 for 90 minutes
Sports massage
A pre- or post-workout massage to aid in flexibility and recovery, incorporating firm pressure and/or fast-paced movements to target aching or cramped muscles, release connective tissues or to flush out toxins.
- $45 for 30 minutes
Chair massage
Receive a massage fully clothed, in a seated position. Great for those on the go. 10 or 15-minute sessions available.
- $12 for 10 minutes
- $18 for 15 minutes
Hot stone massage
Using traditional Swedish techniques, heated basalt stones are used to warm muscle tissue and provide for a deeper state of relaxation.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes natural energy healing. Administered by "laying on hands" on or near the body, it helps restore healthy levels of life force energy. This energy work treatment is administered fully clothed in a relaxed position.

Schedule an appointment
Services should be booked in advance by calling (607) 777-3515 or emailing wellness@binghamton.edu. If you have a therapist or gender preference, please let us know when booking. Walk-ins may be available based on staff availability.
What to know before your appointment
- First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete consultation paperwork.
- If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced, but you will still be charged for the full service.
- Your medical history may affect the types of services we can provide. Therapists will review and discuss any concerns with you prior to treatment.
- To maintain a restful environment, please silence your phone and be mindful of noise in the suite area.
- Each massage room has a locker for personal belongings. Towels are available upon request for use in the locker rooms. Please note: toiletries are not provided.
- Gratuities are not included in the service price. While optional, they are appreciated and should be paid in cash at the time of service.
- There are no refunds on services unless a client has a written medical excuse. Appointments may be re-scheduled if necessary.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations so we can offer the time to others and notify staff. No-shows without notice will need to prepay for future appointments and will no longer be able to book in advance.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates can be ! You’ll have the option to have them mailed to you or held at the East Gym, Rec Center for your student to pick up. Students can claim gift certificates during normal hours with a B-number or valid ID.
Please note: gift recipients are not automatically notified when a certificate is purchased. It’s up to the buyer to let them know. The purchaser will receive an email confirmation.
Orders are typically fulfilled within two business days, so please plan ahead.
Gift certificates expire 9 years after purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Please treat them like cash: if a certificate is lost or stolen, it cannot be tracked or replaced. They also cannot be used for gratuities. Tips, if desired, should be given in cash at the time of service.

Hours subject to change during school holidays, intersessions and special events. The Wellness Suite is closed during the summer.
