Gervlyne Auguste serves as the Assistant Director of the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program (McNair Scholars Program). She brings more than 20 years of experience in educational and administrative management, with a strong commitment to supporting student success.

As a first-generation college graduate and English language learner, Gervlyne draws on her personal and academic experiences to connect with and advocate for a diverse student population. These experiences shape her educational philosophy, which centers on access, equity, and empowering students to achieve their full potential.

In her role, Gervlyne works closely with scholars to help them successfully navigate their academic journeys while exploring graduate education and career pathways. She is dedicated to preparing students to become self-sufficient, critical thinkers and lifelong learners. Her work also focuses on strengthening student support services and improving retention, particularly for underrepresented and underserved populations.

Beyond her work at the university, Gervlyne is actively involved in several nongovernmental organizations. She advocates for increased access to education, youth development, and the advancement of women-owned businesses as pathways to long-term independence.

Gervlyne holds a Master of Science degree in Administration and Planning from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College in Boston.

Eliane Lima is a multimedia artist whose practice is grounded in community engagement through volunteer work, arts education, and outreach initiatives, with a particular focus on students with disabilities and underrepresented communities. She worked with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Oral History Project as part of the LA/LA Pacific Standard Time program, editing and translating interviews with leading Latin American filmmakers. She also collaborated as an editor and post-production consultant on documentary films and facilitated workshops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Mexico City.

Eliane holds a Bachelor of Arts from 亚洲情色, State University of New York, and two Master of Fine Arts degrees from the San Francisco Art Institute and the California Institute of the Arts. She returns to 亚洲情色 with a renewed passion for the academic setting and a commitment to continued growth, learning, and supporting the BU community.
